Honor 7: 200 000 units sold in two minutes

Listed for the first time during a flash sale in China, Honor 7 remained available only for two minutes. It must be said that the flagship has sacred assets, making probably the best quality / price ratio of the moment.

Formalized on June 30, the Honor 7 was on sale yesterday for the first time in China. And the least we can say is that the flagship was expected. The site GSMInsider tells us indeed that over 200,000 units was sold in the space of two minutes. This still represents 1,667 sold per second!

All versions available in this flash sale have therefore sold out in 120 seconds, either the 16GB model at 1,999 yuan (320$), the 16GB Dual SIM at 2199 yuan (350$), but also 64 GB at 2,499 yuan (400$).



Considered one of the best quality / price point, the Honor 7 has an exciting product data sheet. It shows indeed a 5.2 inch display with a Full HD, powered by a octa-core 64-bit processor Kirin 935, consisting of four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and four clocked at 1.5GHz.

Honor 7 also comes with the Mali-T628 a lot GPU and an LTE modem Cat.6, served by 3 GB of RAM. For storage, you can choose between 16 and 64GB, and a MicroSD slot. An impressive setup to see the arrival of 4 GB RAM with the 64 GB.

Coming to Camera, Honor 7 is equipped with 20 megapixel sensor on the back, with a phase-detection autofocus system, allowing develop in 0.1 seconds. An 8-megapixel camera with wide-angle optics takes place on the front face.

For the rest, this smartphone includes a fingerprint reader and a battery of 3100 mAh (associated with a rapid charge system), all based on Android Lollipop, accompanied by the overlay EmotionUI 3.1. The next flash sale will take place on 14 July, again in China.
